When a client participates in group training, they are far more likely to train more often, have more fun, eat better, have fewer injuries, and lose weight while gaining lean muscle. Every group fitness class at AAA will vary in intensity and in the techniques used while including all six foundational movement patterns. We will motivate you to push your mental and physical limits every time you enter the facility. In order to give each person the individual attention they need to reach their goals, we will not work with groups larger than eight.
