GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
We offer a variety of group fitness classes each week. We will motivate you to push your mental and physical limits every time you enter the facility. In order to give each person the individual attention they need to reach their goals, we will not work with groups larger than eight.
Looking to get your athlete an inside edge on strength, speed, and conditioning? Sports Performance establishes a healthy foundation of fitness skills for your child that will keep their bodies in shape. Your child will learn to run faster, jump higher, and have greater control over their bodies while having a fun time.
Low Impact Functional Exercise classes for the older adult. Join us for a workout specifically focused on functional movements that will improve your ability to perform your daily activities. Fall prevention and balance are two areas of focus we will address every class. “Live longer with L.I.F.E”
High Intensity Interval Training is a 45-minute workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This workout uses dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. You will burn calories for up to 48 hours.
