Every year, as December arrives, people begin planning all of their holiday festivities. These festivities often include lots of food and drink, and the trips to the gym become less frequent. You try to at least walk or run every day, but the weightlifting and resistance training takes a backseat to celebrating and traveling. We’ll work with you to set a consistent schedule over the holidays, so you don’t fall back into the habit of coming to the gym for a time, then don’t return for a few months.
