At AAA Fitness, we love seeing groups of friends come in together and work out, and enjoy seeing the encouragement that close friends can give each other at the gym. With our group training classes, you can reach your fitness goals side-by-side with someone you’ve known for years, and who is striving for the same level of health and wellness.

We’ve had groups of friends from Gahanna, Blacklick, Westerville, and many other cities in the Columbus area. We set the group limit at four people, in order to give each person the individual attention they need during the training session, as well as enough time to get to each person in the group. Even if you and your friends are at similar levels of fitness, every person will need different things from their training. With a small group, you won’t feel overwhelmed, and you can work on what you need to, while also encouraging the others and strengthening or building those relationships.
