Going to a new gym for the first time by yourself can be a bit intimidating. If you’re new in town, chances are you don’t know anybody, and you might be hesitant to stay very long or talk to anyone. At AAA Fitness in Gahanna, we understand how nerve wracking it can be to try a new gym, and our group training classes are a great way to get to know people and find encouragement to reach your fitness goals.
We provide group training classes for individuals of all levels, and you’ll be able to find others that have the same aspirations and goals that you do. We’ll cover the fundamentals of appropriate workout techniques, and each class will vary in intensity and pace. We want everyone – no matter if they’re brand new or a veteran – to push their physical and mental limits, so that they can reach their goals. We set the limit for our group classes at four people, so we can help everyone individually but also focus on the group as a whole.
When someone works out in a group, they will be more likely to train more often, eat a better diet, lose more weight, and gain more muscle. It can be easy to come to the gym, work out, and leave without completing your regimen or talking to anyone. In a group class, you’ll have people that understand what you’re going through and what you’re trying to achieve, since they’re right there with you, striving to reach their fitness goals.
